Thus, it was not a difficult decision to ask her to sell ours. This came at a time when she had done extremely well with other neighbors in the El CON patio home community earlier in 2022. In every aspect of the sale, she was there for us. Sound advice for preparing the home, an appropriate selling price, advertising the home, and the visits by prospects. We did not get what we asked (interest rates had just shot up to 7%) but with her guidance negotiated certainly a fair compromise. When the inspector of our spa, while functional, nevertheless recommended a somewhat costly fix, she readily worked out an agreement where we did not pay all of it at settlement. The buyers brought cash and we closed in less than three weeks from agreement. It was a sale from our perspective considering the time frame that could not have gone any better. She is a true professional..

She was particularly helpful in making a few things (like the home inspection) happen on short notice, given that our time in AZ was limited. Susan was consistently available when we needed to talk to her and/or see her, and provided very helpful comparative advice on the entire process. We're happy campers -- now ready to do some serious camping.

She assisted in having everything picked up by a reputable charity, scheduled a cleaning crew as well as a landscaper, to remove weeds after the first month.
